UFC 104 MACHIDA v SHOGUN
In May, Lyoto Machida electrified the mixed martial arts world with a stirring knockout of Rashad Evans. On Saturday, October 24th, The Dragon will make the first defense of his UFC light heavyweight crown in the main event of UFC 104 against former PRIDE star Mauricio Shogun Rua, who is coming off back-to-back knockouts of Chuck Liddell and Mark Coleman.
In the co-feature, two of the top young heavyweight contenders in the sport will clash, as unbeaten Cain Velasquez takes on former IFL star Big Ben Rothwell in what promises to be one of the most memorable bouts of 2009.
An Horrible Leg Breaking Slide
Some things are horrible to look at, but also amazing. Watching this guy’s leg break as a result of a heavy tackle is one of them. Watching his teammates trying to persuade the referee not to send the guy who made the tackle off is another.
MMA Fighting 0:03 Knockout

I’m a big fan of MMA fighting but I’ve never seen such a quick knockout. A one punch victory. I got to say that there’s noting fun in watching a 3 sec. fight when you pay big money to be sitting ring side and you get distracted by this very hot chick sitting beside you. These few second of distraktion are just enough for you to miss the action. But when it’s on TV it’s always nice to see and specially when you watch it in slow motion.

Lingerie Football

A few years ago we’ve been introduced to Lingerie Football during the Super Bowl halftime show. It’s popularity has made it become a true Sport with it’s own Championship.
The video bellow features the Lingerie Football League’s Philadelphia Passion. I got to say they look stunningly good not only body wise but also in there execution of play.
This might be the only league where a team wears MORE equipment to practice than they do to games. I guess the weight of the extra clothing helps with training.
How Not to Enter a Boxing Ring

Look out your feet are in the way. I don’t know how the fight ended but I’m sure he got the best knockdown of the night.
UFC 100: Georges St. Pierre Vs Thiago Alves Results
The fight between Georges St. Pierre and Thiago Alves was bound to be one of the greatest of the year. Thiago being the top contender for the championship belt was a much bigger guy than GSP. He had shown tremendous skills in his fight against Matt Hughes domination the ex-champion for a crushing victory.
Last night proved to be very different. GSP was once again on top of is game delivering some amazing takedowns neutralizing his opponent with ease. All five rounds were won by Georges. Only once did Alves managed to get on top of GSP but without delivering any crucial damage. At this moment GSP hurt a ligament in his upper thigh which could have been devastating for the champion. However he did manage to hide his pain until the end of the fight.
Alves who was known for is ferocious stand up fighting couldn’t do any real damage to GSP who once again demonstrated his superiority as a complete fighter.
The fight did go for five rounds but the result was obvious: a win by unanimous decision for Georges Rush St. Pierre.
